Wet pet food production utilizes animal meat byproducts such as liver, lungs, and kidneys not used for human consumption. Our complete production line handles various packaging formats including cans, trays, and pouches.
The process begins with deboning and grinding meat byproducts using industrial equipment. Vegetables are then mixed with the meat to prevent breakdown during grinding. Dry ingredients including grains, minerals, and specialized additives like glucosamine hydrochloride are incorporated to meet nutritional requirements for different animal ages and sizes.
After ingredient mixing, the product is transferred to packaging where airtight sealing is critical. Sterilization at 121.1°C ensures product safety and shelf stability. Retort sterilization treats both food and packaging, with resealable pouches gaining popularity for their convenience and cost-effectiveness.
